Summary
Resell Calendar reports a 2025 One Piece OP11-119 3rd Anniversary Gold Luffy labeled PSA 10 sold for $18,500 on a listing tagged "In the PSA Vault." When the buyer asked to have it shipped, PSA rerouted it and its Brand Protection team investigated; per the report, Collectors confirmed the holder and label were counterfeit and the card was an unauthorized reprint that PSA never graded or vaulted. The cert number on the label reportedly returns no record in PSA's lookup.
Reported diagnostics
